1. Overview

At Vendordealer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the procedures and conditions for returns, cancellations, and refunds.

2. Return Eligibility

2.1 Timeframe

Items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items without proof of purchase
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period

3. Return Process

3.1 Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase:

3.2 Return Authorization

After contacting us, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Please include the RA number with your return shipment.

3.3 Shipping Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.

4. Refunds

4.1 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.

4.2 Refund Amount

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s). Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • Only part of an order is returned
  • Items are returned in a condition that requires a restocking fee
  • Items are missing components or accessories

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Cancellations

6.1 Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it ships. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible:

6.2 Cancellation Timeframe

Orders can typically be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.

7. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage when possible.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 14 business days after we've approved it, please check:

  • Your bank account or credit card statement
  • Contact your bank or credit card company (processing may take time)
  • Contact us if the issue persists

9. Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift certificate or account credit and does not expire.

Store credit may be offered for:

  • Items returned after the standard return period but within 60 days
  • Items that cannot be resold due to minor damage or missing packaging
  • Special circumstances at our discretion

10. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Please provide:

  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue

We will respond within 2 business days and provide instructions for returning the item or receiving a replacement.

11. Wrong Items Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost, and we will cover the return shipping for the incorrect item.

12. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
